Shipping policy

Processing time
Core Collection orders (in-stock tees, hoodies and hats) ship within 2-5 business days of payment. Personalized items, such as the One Day At A Time Tee with your date, are made to order and may take 5-10 business days to process. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can occur.

Custom apparel orders
Custom orders (including FS20, team stores and merch programs) follow a separate timeline. Production begins after full payment and your approval of artwork, placement, garment colors, sizes and quantities. Turnaround, delivery and shipping costs are confirmed in your quote. Local pickup or delivery in the Rochester, MN area may be available. Ask us when you request a quote.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you provided. If you need to change an address, contact us right away at flowstateforward@gmail.com and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, email flowstateforward@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we'll make it right.
