Refund policy

Core Collection returns
You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email flowstateforward@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. 

Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Personalized items are final sale
Items personalized for you, such as the One Day At A Time Tee with your chosen date, are made to order and can't be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our end. Please double-check your date before checkout.

Custom apparel orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale once production begins. You'll approve your design, garment colors, sizes and quantities before production. If your order arrives with a printing error, wrong items or damage on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll reprint, replace or refund the affected items.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email flowstateforward@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel a Core Collection order before it ships by emailing us right away. Personalized and custom orders can't be cancelled once production has started.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items
Worn, washed or altered items, items without tags, and gift cards can't be returned.
